Working with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the proposed solutions align with the organization's IT strategy.
Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Proposing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Acting as a liaison between holding users and IT teams, facilitating communication and ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics or a related field;
Desire to pursue a professional career in IT;
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel);
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is an advantage;
Programming skills or willingness to learn and develop in this field;
Intermediate level knowledge of English.
