Initiates and maintains the relationship with the client (presentations, meetings, negotiations, proposals, reports, contracts, client follow-up for payments, maintaining and managing post-sales client relationships, maintaining relationships with potential clients);
Prospects the market, prepares price/offer evaluation sheets, and conducts comparative analyses for the prices/services offered by the company;
Prepares, sends, and presents product/service offers;
Prepares reports on customer complaints and manages their resolution;
Manages the relationship with the client from the first contact to moving into the residence (including providing aftersales services);
Prepares weekly/monthly activity reports and an action plan for the following month;
Collaborates with all other departments within the company.
Requirements:
University degree;
Relevant sales experience is an advantage;
Experience in the construction field is an advantage;
